Handle Mongolian visa and residence matters only through the Immigration Agency's website, the official e-visa site and the agency hotline. Agents on social media who promise guaranteed results may be scams.
Official channels
| Purpose | Address / number |
|---|---|
| Immigration Agency website | immigration.gov.mn |
| e-Visa applications | isf.mn — check the spelling carefully |
| Immigration hotline | 1800-1882 |
Warning signs
